About

SVGIconify is a free directory of SVG icons, bringing together dozens of open-source icon libraries into one searchable place. Instead of hunting through separate repositories with different naming conventions and licenses, you can browse, compare, and download icons from all of them in a single search.

Our collection spans everything from general UI icons and brand logos to flags, emoji, weather symbols, and specialized sets for developers, healthcare, and e-commerce. Icons are organized by both library and by type, so you can browse a specific pack you already know, or search by keyword — like "arrow" or "calendar" — to see every variant across every library at once.

Every icon on SVGIconify is re-hosted on our own storage rather than pulled live from its original source. That means a renamed package or a moved repository upstream never breaks something you've already shipped. Each icon keeps its original author credit and license attached, so you always know exactly where it came from and what you're allowed to do with it.

SVG is the right format for icons on the modern web — it scales to any size without losing quality, stays lightweight, and can be recolored and resized with plain CSS. Every icon in our library is optimized and normalized to a consistent grid, so you're not stuck adjusting inconsistent sizing or spacing when you switch between libraries.

Whether you're building a website, a mobile app, or a design system, our icons are ready to drop in — as a single SVG file, through a component library like React or Vue, or via CDN for plain HTML. No account or attribution wall required to start browsing.

We add new libraries and icons regularly as the open-source icon ecosystem grows. Our goal is to make it easier to find the right icon, from the right source, without giving up clarity on where it came from or what license it carries.
